Case in Point

GEDS’ award-winning design management work at MATUROLIFE is now being used as a case study at the Strate School of Design in France, a school with a reputation built on progressive values and an innovative teaching approach.

Head of the Design Management and MBA Professor Brigitte Borja de Mozota asked her students to pick projects that they wanted to talk about, and some of them chose MATUROLIFE design management work from the DMI Design Value Awards 2019 list. She invited Gulay Ozkan, founder of GEDS to be a guest speaker for the class of 2021 in early April.

Gulay talked about the process, challenges, and award-winning dynamic design management approach of MATUROLIFE. The students asked questions about design management’s potential, GEDS’ initial involvements to the project, and what we are proud of in the project.

Brigitte Borja de Mozota is considered to be one of the most notable people in design management and has authored several books on the subject that have been translated into 33 languages.

We are very proud and honored that our work has been selected as a case study for a design management class taught by a notable name in the field. We would like to sincerely thank Brigitte Borja de Mozota and the 2021 MBA Design Management class for their attention and invitation.
