Executive Office Intern

We are looking for a detailed oriented, and self-motivated executive office administrative intern who wants to grow in the basics of management. The ideal candidate must be a solid administrative junior with a passion for international working cultures and digital space. Your role will be to improve our administrative workflows by implementing tools and methodologies with our guidance. You can expect an inclusive & international team environment. We are committed to mentoring, on the job training & learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping the CEO and her team to support  project management as well as for the preparation of meetings/events with speeches/presentations and various other CEO topics
  • Helping social media accounts of the company if needed.
  • Other tasks requested by the CEO

Qualifications

  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Comfortable with distance working and using virtual communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills are a must.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish.
  • Flexible, proactive, and optimistic approaches are must.
